2021.

Spring soon here. Has been a really cold period so the snow on deck won't smelt even when inner temp onboard is held around +10 degrees. Thank you insulation.

The old Raspberry had to go.
Slow on starting, draw quite some current and a few times the SD card broke. Otherwise everything worked fine.

New modern-isch technology in instead.
Now it's static to show only different tank volymes - nothing else. Arduino Uno and a 3 color E-Paper display. Current consumtion is close to zero so it's always on.

All other functions also modernizised into the two new Rpi's; one Zero who measure everything and the main web server/nav-computer onboard: a Raspberry Pi 4.
Running everything like: OpenCpn, Openplotter, PyPilot, Apache2, Mqtt, Flask, Rest. So fiona goes wireless and into cyberspace :-)

So did also the Dinghy. Bought a special PVC "Dinghy" cleaner which actually where fantastic!

Guess who is keen on using the Dingy!?

Bought two of these water valves and one for watering the garden but the other went in as replacement to our good electric toilet. This valve had a lot higer flow then before and togheter with the new pressurepump the flushing is very quick.

Enough - Go sailing!

So that was the summer of 69 no 2021 I mean :-)

Really good weather. Had to stay in Sweden due to Corona. Didn't sail very far at all - no need - it was at it's best all around us the whole summer. :-)

We did had two car trips inland to get the first en second vaccine shots.
I got 48 hour flu of the second - thats all. Welder #2 got Covid in the spring - like a normal cold. So is it over now?
