Right! Welding done!

Snug fit in the boat. Just the 50 mm super foam (and the propane copper  tube to the left) has room here now.

The lid/collar of the box is also on now. for the upper shelf in the box there is a horisontal 10mm tube to keep things on the shelf. Need small baskets for small things but its - for me - very important to have a fridge that is simple to clean - often.

Below: Compresser sits below the fridge box. The insulated tube is the waterheating system - don't heat the fridge.
Below and right. The little freezer is in. Drain hole welded in. I made a 3D printed plug that fits in the hole.

The new, slightly deeper, lid is there.

Mesuring temp inside fridge and freezer after 2 hours - empty box :-)
Every ting is in place again! Top 2 drawers 500mm then 400mm and 300 mm. The lowest area just got a fixed lid. I reqlly like the handle/latches for the drawers because if drawers is in - it is locked.

Varnish and some small teak job todo... Great! :-)
COLD! :-)

The box is ca 100 liters of volume and after almost 2 hours temp went down to -3 and freezer is really cold!

The noise from the compressor is heard when sitting in the salong and hatches closed but just a soft low humming. Can't hear a thing from the bunks. I had a backup plan to install the comressor in the engine room - plenty of space - but I belive the best place is where it is now.
No sking this year. Somtime there where no wind...

A very short motoring film. (Click the image)
